Besides setting the AOL account, you should also check the AOL account settings. Sometimes, the AOL email might not work on Outlook because your version of Outlook is outdated. However, you can still fix the problem by updating your Outlook. If you've had problems with AOL email, update your AOL account settings so that you can access your emails. Then, you'll be able to use AOL emails with Outlook.
